Is there an extension that has the block : set Button. text or component to ? I can’t seem to find it and it seems that some websites have it. Thanks and sorry for the inconvenience caused!

Are you thinking of the Generic component blocks?
They are under the Any subtree of the Blocks Editor component tree,
and can be generated using the Make Generic right click option on individual blocks.
