Extension for Webpage fill with Java script

I need the extension used for topic. "How to fill out a form of a webpage and click a button using some JavaScript" I searched a lot but couldn't not find. Can anyone help me by providing the Link for the extension. I want to use the block for insert text .

You build the blocks yourself, using a procedure block

The inject block is a procedure that you have to make yourself.
