Excel file name based on field

Hello Friends,

I have a save event where the collected data is saved to an excel file. I would like the excel file name to be based on one of the fields rather than a static name. I have a screen shot below of how it is currently set, including the field I want it to be, perhaps this is possible?

Please don’t send me a link to go and read a long story on how to do this as I am not that clever to work it out on my own.
