Errors in block editor: makeList, duplication of collapsed blocks

  1. Using "Duplicate" (right mouse button) on collapsed blocks creates nothing but the head of a function (in this example). The original one has definitely code inside.
  2. several issues with makeList, sometimes with total loss of content - in this case you see 5 items but only 3 in a slot and furthermore the last one cannot be expanded. One has to reestablish using a completely new block.

Don't know whether these issues are already known.

I find myself unable to duplicate any collapsed procedure of any type, either by Ctrl-C Ctrl-V or by Duplicate.
