Errore Release sul Play Store

Hi everyone,
I was basically releasing an app and I got this disturbing message :upside_down_face::
Play installer check requires SDK version 21 or later. The uploaded app bundle has an SDK version 7 or later. Update the minSdkVersion value in your app's Android manifest file.
