Have those pages open might have something to do with your issue. Error pagina seems to be an open page to App Inventor. You might close that page and try again so only a single link to the main AI2 server exists.
Yes, using mobile data might be the issue. I would try closing several pages (and clear the browser cache) or use Firefox and see what happens.
