Error in time teller app

Hi, I am making a app where I can know that is exam time or not. For this I made a app using two time picker and a clock.
In the 2 time picker i defined the exam starting and ending date. Here the blocks what the error please tell

Cannot read your blocks.

Right click on white space in the blocks editor and download blocks as image.
