Very nice App!

Good spot by ABG - App Inventor is a Web based application and needs more bandwidth than your average website.

I have tested your Project on my phone, working fine with no complaints from the Companion. Could it be a glitch in your WiFi?

You definitely need to optimise your images for Android.

..... In my view, playing a sound and vibration at the same time is not good. You also do not need multiple sound players - just have one player and load the required sound on demand.
