Error after pressing "Create App!"

When I press "Create App!" on the home page a message "Error: javax.servlet.ServletException: java.lang.NullPointerException: Cannot invoke "String.equals(Object)" because the return value of "javax.servlet.http.HttpServletRequest.getScheme()" is null" appears.
Sometimes I manage to launch required page after a few attempts. Sometimes there is no good results

What happens if you just go directly to the login page ?
