I can't call people in my android phone. It shows this box when I want to call someone. Can someone help me? I am doing a project.

Post a screenshot of your blocks. Are you trying to make a direct call ? Are you testing with companion ?
If so, note that if you download the Companion from the Google Play Store and since Google does't allow the Companion to include the CALL_PHONE permission in the Manifest, the Companion from the Play Store does not have this permission.
App Inventor allows you to download a version of the Companion with this permission. It ends with u, so the latest version of the Companion should be 2.68u.
To download Companion 2.68u, go to Help > Companion Information and scan the provided QR code and then you can test it again
