Error 703 unable to play sound

Hi, I need help regarding the sound that I put on my application. When I tried it using the AI Companion/Emulator, the sound effect works but when I build apk and install it on my phone, the sound doesnt work. It always say error 703 unable to play .... what is the possible solution for this?

How do you set the source of the sound?
How many seconds does that sound snippet have?
Also you might want to move the last 2 blocks outside of the loop...
