this is my problem

It's complaining about the Activity Starter, so show us the Activity Starter blocks.

Please download and post each of those event block(s)/procedures here ...

Here is what you were missing:

Open the browser to a designated Web page

Use these ActivityStarter with the VIEW action and a Data Uri to open the phone’s browser to a designated web page, for example,

Action: android.intent.action.VIEW
