have you searched the forum about this ?
There are already many questions and answers about it and there are SO many reason why it's not working !

  1. Is the BT enabled ?
  2. Is the geolocalization enabled ?
  3. Is your HC05 paired ?
  4. Are Android permissions granted ?
  5. Have you checked with, for example, Serial Bluetooth Terminal (a free app on playstore) whether your Android device is capable of BT communication toward your Arduino based system ?

Please check all that and, if it does not solve/improve, post your .aia and your .ino.
