Error 4200: Error from the ChatBot code: 404 and 429

I'm encountering an issue while using the Chatbot component in App Inventor.

  • When I leave the API key blank, I receive a 429 error code.
  • When I use my own OpenAI API key, I receive a 404 error code.

Additionally, my OpenAI API key shows no usage activity, even though I’m making requests in App Inventor with that key.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any help or insights would be greatly appreciated!

Which says over usage

Which says not found, i mean your request url may be designed wrongly. Have you set header properly? Can you show us yoir blocks?

You may have an api code but did you add your credit card information?

Do you live in one of the dozen or more countries that have banned AI ?

What happens when you use the Chatbot default settings.? Be aware you will be limited to the amount of free tokens you can use each day. see * ChatBot

The component with default settings is working fine for me. :thinking:
