Error 400 usando formulario google con inventor 2

buenos días tengo una pequeña aplicacion donde uso un formulario de google para enviar los datos a un planilla excel google... en una primera instancia me funciono pero en un momento dejo de hacerlo, me da un error 400 y no puedo encontrar el problema... ayuda por favor.

Your web response is full of HTML and CSS codes, so you are not setting up your Web requests properly, either in the order in which you set up your Web attributes nefore your POST, or your URL contents.

You could try to display the response content in a webviewer to be able to read the underlying message...
