Error 1101 when sending data to PHP DB from app, works on browser

So I keep getting error 1101: Unable to get a response.. etc

The app sends a URL with data to my web server e.g app.takethreemedia.com/submitsong.php?SongName=TestSong&PersonName=Harry

This works fine from a browser, however i want it to send from the app yet this issue is arising.

In your blocks you have &name should it be &PersonName ??
