Hola a todos mi pregunta es si se puede enviar datos de un formulario de una aplicación a una hoja de Excel de Office 365, tal cual como se hace hacia un Google sheets.

Not that I am aware of. There may be an extension you can use.
You could just create a csv with the data and upload this to a folder for "365" to read...
But then why do this, when you can do what you want with Google Sheets, then access the data from there ?
