Emulator does not work no connection HAXM required but installation failed

Hi just installed MIT AI2 and build the bee-buzz-App.
Now I would like to test it with the emulator.
I installed the emulator There was a problem with the HAXM-component (or similar name)
Now If I try to connect with the emulator I get the error-message posted below

How can I solve this problem???
How can I make the emulator work without acceleration??
