it seems i downloaded the app awhile ago and forgot. Now, When install was about to finish, i got an error message that it was installed previously and uninstall it. Need admin previlages, which i have.
I did that with the installer.

I went into setting and uninstalled the appl.
I stilll get the message when i try to install it.????
What are you trying to install?
If you say to install the apk on your computer then it is not possible, you need an apk player such as BlueStacks, Memu

Try also deleting the APK (Install Package) from your phone via Files/Apps/Install packages (or similar path, different manufactures, different terms)
