Have you set global Giove to your dictionary ?

The reason is, you have not set the dictionary value either in screen init or button click. You set the dictionary values to the global variable away from all the event functions
Move the set global Giove value either in screen init event or in the button click event and try again

Orphan blocks (not connected with a variable, a procedure or an event) will never run by themself.
