Display TextBox data from TinyDB

Hey would anyone know the best way to be able to take multiple text boxes worth of data from a tinydb and display it with a list picker I might be crazy but idk how to do it

I don't understand your input screen, especially the Bakers button.

I have never seen bowling combined with baking before.
