Display items on the ListView inside fetchMessage procedure

I would like to display items on the ListView inside my fetchMessage procedure I tried but no result. Please help me!
This is my Listview code but when I added inside my fetchMessage procedure its not displaying:

In the background there do not exist any user interface components including list views
