How would I make sure that an arrangement displays over top of (as in covering over) another arrangement?
Try setting the arrangements of different background colours.
Hide the other Arrangement(s), showing only one at a time?
Or if you need to show a little of the other Arrangements to show context, shrink their Heights to let them peep out above and below the current Arrangement?
