I would like to know if it is feasible to disable all blocks, like button, listpickers, datepickers with a button?
Yes, but how would you re-enable them?
If you want to use the buttons again, you must leave one operational.

You could also put all those components in a Vertical Arrangement and then set the Arrangement invisible.
