There is a problem when executing a call block or a direct call - the number is dialed incorrectly. More precisely, the number is correct, but it does not dial the first digit. Who knows how to solve this problem?
If you don't show any blocks or a similar number you are calling it will be hard to help you.
Try using a red text block instead of a blue math block for that long phone number, to rule out any data type problems.
If the problem persists, you could insert a sacrificial character like '+' in front of the digits in the text block.

Thanks a lot! Replacing the block with text red helped. Sacrificial + is not needed.
