Development environment only for the local computer

Hello.
Apart from the current version of the development environment, is there no development environment only for the local computer, without the need for the Internet?

Be aware that AI2Offline is not maintained or developed by the App Inventor Developers. Things could be different like the packagenames and AI2Offline could be not up to date with the latest changes of App Inventor so you shouldn't just simply keep switching from the online to the offline version and vice versa.

Yes @Peter you are right! But I still gave the link on risk! The tool might not be updated and may crash.
