Design Challenge for GSoC 2020

According to the instructions in the wiki we have to work on a Design Challenge while applying for GSoC '20.

While I’d support the idea for giving such a challenge to the students, I didn’t saw this document until today. Also, I’d been working on another issue. So, Can I submit my work on this issue as the design challenge instead since there is not much time left?

You don’t have to implement anything for the design challenge. The purpose of the challenge is to help us understand how you approach structuring a solution to a problem and communicating your decisions to others. Given that there are 5 days left, I think that is still plenty of time to do the challenge.
