Dependent Websites

For the past two days when my students or myself try to connect a project via the website to our devices, they don't load at all of even pretend they are going to. My computer services has asked me to find out if there are sites being used in the background beyond appinventor.mit to execute this process. the site itself isn't being stopped by our filter, but if it contingent on other sites, they might be. Would anybody have this information by chance?

It randomly started working properly again with no changes on our end so idea what the issue actually was.
