Decode QR code from an image

Hi overthere,
I'm working on an app that generates / captures QR codes.

Sometimes QR user generator sends an image of the qr code, using whatsapp or similar.

Receiver has the qr code on his own phone, and he is not able to take a photo at the same time,

I tested some apps that allow capture image qr code,, like Barcode Scanner+
( https://zxing.org/w/decode.jspx )

this app does the hob fine.

Two questions:

  • how must i fill the activity starter in order to use Barcode Scanner + ?

  • are there any extensions for appinventor that do this job directly?
