If it's only for your phone Rui, why not install and then drag the shortcut to the exact position you want?

It's not only for my phone. It's being distributed to all my company's phones.
...and the other company members are not able to drag the launch icon to where they want it to be? If you use an extension to achieve something trivial, you may end up with more problems than you bargained for......
