how do i create a percentage calculator? with decimal places. does it have any extension?

Use Math blocks
One percent of 100 is 100 * 0.01 = 1 which is 1 percent of 100 
No extension is required.
To make it look like a percentage use the text join blocks to add a % to the number (this will now be a string!): 1 & % = 1% If you want the number to have decimal places use the decimal places block in the maths palette.
