I am looking for CountDownLabel. where can i find this.
Are you following a tutorial ? Sounds like a label has been renamed to "CountDownLabel" ?

I got its solution we can use normal label as countdown label no need to rename.
it makes very much sense to use some naming conventions to make your life easier...
this helps you to still understand your code a few weeks later... 
and let me add: Label1
