Hi everybody, could someone tell me why this timer stops at 1 second

sorry I don't understand. if I remove this or change the logic timer won't stop at all.
What he is trying to tell to you is,
When a button is clicked both clock triggers but when clock 1 triggered immediately both clock stopped working.
What is the time interval you set for clock 1 and 2?
