Could not import .aia files

Whenever i try to import an 3751kb file it says 'Server error: could not upload project. Please try again later!' Please help me solve it.
The following is the app(i dont know why it is showing 3.7MB)
agrical_ROBO-1.aia (3.7 MB)

Your aia file can't be opened with 7zip.

It is corrupted.

Thank you for your reply, but what should I do? Originally it was a '.apk' file and i saved it as a '.aia' file through notes.

You cannot convert an apk to an aia. Neither does renaming an apk to aia enable it to be loaded in AppInventor. You will need the original aia project.
