Connection with MSSQL Server Database for Login User

I have MSSQL Server database installed on windows server, now I would like to connect with this database and with this connection, user has to be login in app

While waiting for the database experts to comment, can I seek some clarification?

Do you mean you want to use your MSSQL Server Database to manager multiple User Logins or do you mean you have a different system for User Logins and you want those logged-in Users to have access to the MSSQL DB?
