I'm trying to send my documents to Google Play Payments, but the system doesn't load and returns to the home page, I've already tried using another browser, but it didn't help, I've been in this situation for days. Has anyone experienced this situation?

talk to google about that. Not trying to be mean or anything. It could be a bug with google play console
