Comparing textbox entry to a number

I am trying to compare the value entered into a textbox to a number. How can I do this?
I am also trying to put the value entered into a textbox into the modulo block. Why won't this work?

This needs to be Question_2_TextBox.Text

The same is required if you want to use the textbox value in the modulo block.
