error 1801
Would you mind attaching a screenshot of the extensions you see in chrome://extensions/ (assuming you are using Chrome)? This suggests to us one of your browser extensions might be interfering with the popup if it was able to connect for a time while in Incognito mode.
For the 1801 error, which of the following messages did you see?
- Invalid HMAC
- Invalid Seq
- No HMAC Key
1801 error unable to download blocks
where is this?
