Companion App not connecting

I tested my app for class Monday but Tuesday and today I cannot test any of my apps using the companion app on either my phone or tablet. Is something wrong on the server end?

Are your devices on a different network than the students? Sometimes schools provide different networks for students with different firewall rules that interfere with App Inventor. What types of devices are your students using to connect, and what error messages do you see on either the device or the browser?
