Cree una aplicación para tomar fotos pero no se guardan las fotos en la galería de mi teléfono.

to hide the taken pictures from the gallery, just store them into the ASD - Application specific directory...

the Small Camera Extension by Juan Antonio i able to store the taken picture in a directory of your choice

to get the path to the ASD, you could use another extension , for example this one App Inventor Extensions: File | Pura Vida Apps

alternatively store them in a hidden directory, i.e. a directory which starts with a dot, for example .myHiddenDirectory
