I am using colorvision.aia to find a color of a particular point at picture, when clicked on the picture.
it is working alright however i need to find at once in the whole picture if red color is present in the picture.
What is this? (not found anywhere on this community)

The problem you may have is that there are 1.67 million different colours, so one red colour may look the same as another red colour, but they will actually have two different colour numbers.
