why does my Listview only appear 3 lines? how do i configure this?

Probably because all three lines are contained within one element.

The listview is doing what you asked it to do - the selected data for each client is being added as an element to the listview, then all the elements are being displayed.
What did you want it to look like ?
Some fields are missing and the listview does not show the remaining fields
