Our non-profit has a competition going on right now. Today every time, every participant that tried to connect their app to the MIT AI2 Companion and sign-up or login to the app received an error "CloudDBError: java.net.SocketTimeoutException: Read timed out"
The participants all have a login/signup screen to get into the app. The apps were all working earlier today. Tonight every participant that came to the help session had the same message.
Also when I would import their .aia file for testing, many times I received a "bug issue, report" pop-up.
What is up? Is the MIT RedisServer down? Our participant apps are due to be submitted by Monday, hoping this is fixed quickly.
