CloudDB date retrieved with quotes

I am storing some values in CloudDB that are displayed in a list in a different screen but values retrieved from CloudDB are not plain text, they incluide quotes and square brackets.

These are the blocks for storing data.

And this is the list I get when data is retrieved from CloudDB:
