Cloud db service doesnt't working

Somewhy I my cloud db doesn't work. I use the default settings, and I just call data down and uplode one, but I don't get any error or responde.
Could some one help me?

Do you have a CloudDB Error event block to catch CloudDB errors and Notify you?
