Hello. The specified block, when recording is turned on with a zero countdown, for some reason adds 3 hours to the display. There is no error when formatting this number manually.

You probably will get more feedback then...
which means in your case post a screenshot of your relevant blocks...
To download the aia file, upload it to App Inventor, open it, do some bug hunting for you, etc... this takes time, and most people will not do that...

In which Timezone are you located? This might affect the result...

As you can see, the difference is coming from your timezone...
Your global variable is not really an instant... an instant are the number of seconds since JAN 01 1970. (UTC)
To calculate hours, minutes and seconds from a countdown, just use your second logic...
