Cleaning string from webpage?

i am on a recipe book apps
i would like to clean string from webpage.
on the photo you can see some square in the label and in the text box on the top of the label the square are "obj"
how can i remove them?

You do not show the TEXT STRING that needs "cleaning"

It s on the first picture.
First line is the text box just after etape 1 there is a square with obj write inside
and after the same text is write in the label with the blue square.
i would like to remove them
