Как создать ссылку на chrome в телефоне, что бы открывался определённый сайт? (How to create a link to chrome on the phone so that a specific site would open?)

Приветствую, на днях столкнулся с тем, что надо создать ссылку на другое приложение, в моём случае это chrome, и помимо того что бы он открывался, надо что бы и открывалась определённая ссылка. Помогите пожалуйста, буду чрезмерно рад
