Chart maker extension doesn't display charts

Actually I was using a chart maker extension by TIMAI2 and my pie chart just displayed the title of the pie chart

And the block diagram is something like this

And I have fetched the data of the labels from
Cloud db
Please help

Please clarify if you are using Chartmaker or ChartmakerPlus?

Actually I tried this it was working but this was not working with my data present in the label

then show the values for all your labels....

for each sublist, the first value should be a string, the second value a number
