Changing the fonts style

I want to create a text box that ables users to type messages. How do I let them change the fonts style of their message?

You mean, FontTypeface? The documentation says it is only available in the Designer, not blocks.

If I use Times New Roman as an example, I have to upload a .ttf file.

Currently MIT App Inventor does not support custom font typeface but maybe in future you will find this GSoC project in MIT App Inventor.

I think your modified extension should work on devices Android > 9.

It should work on all Android versions.
